Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept any returns, except in the small circumstance that the product comes out defective. If this occurs please contact Customer ServiceĀ at info@bellaallnatural.com within 3 days. All products are final sale.
Cancellations
If your order hasnāt shipped, please contact us immediately (323)552-6263. Canceled orders are subjected to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.

Change of Address / Wrong Address
If you wish to change your shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us immediately info@bellaallnatural.com or you can call us at (323)552-6263. We will make every effort to assist in updating your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order was already submitted for processing. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it at checkout to ensure that you receive your package. Bella All Natural is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
Lost/Stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Ā

Information Collected
When you sign up for, send a Text Message, or interact with our Text Message Services, we will collect your phone number and any information, including any Personal Information, you provide. Additionally, we collect the following Anonymous Information from any Text Message you send: Text Message send date and time, your telecommunications carrier name, the device number and country code from which the Text message was sent, and delivery status. In some instances, Anonymous device information, including, but not limited to device type, operating system, and multimedia capabilities will be collected. When you click/tap a link in a Text Message and visit a web site, we may collect other information.
