Amo estos productos !!! i love this products !!! si es un slim shake . y si me los tomo en smoothies . yes it’s a slim shake and I drink mine with a smoothie . me los tomo en la mañana con mi breakfast. no te sostiene sin hambre comes te lo tomas y lo q hace con migo esq me lleno y no me da hambre . asta en la tarde . ten en cuenta que me lo tomo en las mañanas . luego me tomo mi caffe en la tarde o los cambio aveces . pero me gusta el sabor del shake. los agarre en 3 sabores me encanta el de chocolate . porq así no como nada dulce . . keep it in mind that the shakes are not meal replacement. I drink mine with my breakfast in the morning and then my coffee or sometimes i switch it out and in the afternoon i drink my smoothie. I love the taste of the shakes . i got all 3 of them but my favorite is Chocolate, it helps me to stop eating sweets . i 100 recommend this products ❤️💜 bella all natural is always going to have a special place in my heart ❤️ bc the products do work . and if you keep it up for sure they will work more than better ♥️
